Defective or Damaged Items
- If your order arrives defective, damaged, or doesn’t meet the specifications you requested at the time of purchase, please contact me at info@designsbysmiley.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Custom Made Items
- Because each of our custom items (shirts, tumblers, bags, stickers, etc.) is made especially for you, these purchases are final sale.
- This includes any item found under the “Custom Made, Just for You!” tab.
- If you’d like to make any changes after placing your order, just reach out via email or DM on Instagram. If production hasn’t begun yet, I will do my best to accommodate your needs, free of charge.

All Other Items
- Full Refund: If you’re not completely satisfied, unused and unworn non-customized items in their original condition can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date, minus the delivery fee.
- Store Credit: If you miss the 7-day window, don’t worry! You can still return your item for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Final Sale: After 14 days from the delivery date, all sales are final, and no returns will be accepted.
- Sale Items: Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

I have an idea or saw something online. Can you make a similar item?
Absolutely! I’ll do my best to bring your vision to life.
When placing your order, you can provide design text, upload a file, or describe what you have in mind. The more details, the better!
There is also a new added option to approve your design before production starts.
Can I request a shirt with an image of my pet or friend?
Yes! I do my best to fulfill all custom requests.
However, requests that clearly violate our policies or laws (including offensive, violent, or derogatory content) will not be accepted.
If your request is unable to be fulfilled, I will contact you within 24 hours and provide a full refund.
I want a shirt with my school name. Should I order the 'Customizable School Logo Crewneck' OR the 'Just for you - Lightweight Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt'?
Either option is acceptable. Regardless, the price will result the same.
I have a screenshot of what I want, but I’m unsure if the quality is good enough. What should I do?
No worries! If you're uncertain about the quality of your file, feel free to reach out via email or message. Here are your options when placing an order:
- If you want me to create a design for you, select "Help! Create a design for me and send proofs."
- If you have a design ready but need minor edits (e.g., background removal, image quality improvements), select "Help! My design needs minor edits (e.g., remove background, improve quality, etc.)."
If any adjustments are needed after your order is placed, I will contact you within 24 business hours to confirm before production begins.
In the rare event that I’m unable to fulfill your request, I will provide a full refund.
I want a specific brand of shirt. Can you make a similar item?
If the brand you're looking for is not listed, please email me or message via Instagram or Facebook to confirm availability and any potential price adjustments.
I saw a design on your Pinterest/Instagram/FB/TikTok, but it’s not listed on the website. How do I purchase this?
My primary goal is to work with you to create something unique! Please submit a custom order request with a screenshot of the item you saw.
