When can I expect my order to be ready?
My goal is to prepare each item within 2-3 business days. However, as I am currently a medical student, delays may occur. I will notify you via email or text message if your order is not ready for pickup or shipped within 5 business days.
How do I know if I should select shipping or local pickup?
If you are located near Knoxville, TN, please select local pickup. If you are located in Knoxville, but local pickup is not an option please email or DM on Instagram!
You will receive a notification when your order is ready!
But what if I need my order ASAP?
If you need your order sooner than 5-7 business days, please email info@designsbysmiley.com. Rush orders will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

It's crucial to double-check the shipping address during the order process to avoid any potential delays or additional charges.
- Shipping is a flat fee of $5 and FREE for orders over $100!
- USPS requires a full 15 days of delay before a claim can be filed. If there's a delay beyond this period, please email me with your order information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Although Designs by Smiley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, I am committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing or is confirmed as delivered but not received, please email me.
Help! I submitted the wrong shipping address:
If you realize that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please email (info@designsbysmiley.com) or message me on Instagram (@designs.bysmiley) immediately. I will do my best to update the address if your order has not yet been shipped.
In the event that the order has already been shipped to the incorrect address, unfortunately Designs by Smiley is not responsible. However, I value your satisfaction and will work with you to find a resolution!
What I recommend…
- Contact Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier to try and intercept the package or update the delivery address.
- Reshipping Costs: If the package is returned, I can reship it to the correct address, but additional shipping charges will apply.
- Address Correction Fee: If the package is not returned and needs to be resent with a corrected address, additional fees may apply.
