Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or doesn’t meet the specifications you requested at the time of purchase, I’m here to help! Please contact me at info@designsbysmiley.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Custom Made Items

Because each of our custom items (shirts, tumblers, bags, stickers, etc.) is made especially for you, these purchases are final sale. This includes any item found under the “Custom Made, Just for You!” tab. Please double-check your order details before submitting. If you’d like to make any changes after placing your order, just reach out via email or DM on Instagram. If production hasn’t begun yet, I will do my best to accommodate your needs, free of charge!

All Other Items

Full Refund: If you’re not completely satisfied, unused and unworn non-customized items in their original condition can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date, minus the delivery fee.

Store Credit: If you miss the 7-day window, don’t worry! You can still return your item for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.

Final Sale: After 14 days from the delivery date, all sales are final, and no returns will be accepted.

Sale Items: Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
